Genomics can be used to identify differences between bacteria that are closely-related. Journey through the genomic analyses and species validation of >10,000 Klebsiella isolates using three different genomic approaches: ribosomal MLST, species-specific tool Kleborate and the gold standard speciation method whole genome ANI.
